小樽市内に住んでいる外国人のための、無料の「にほんご教室」があります。初級の日本語を勉強します。先生1人と生徒1人または何人かで勉強します。
We offer free "Japanese Class" for foreign residents living in Otaru. Students can study beginner level Japanese with private instruction or in small groups.

毎週水曜日／Only Wednesday
午前10時から午前11時30分まで／From 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

You do not need to buy it for the first time you attend the class. Teachers will advise you a textbook depending on your level.
