小樽市消防本部では、日本語が話せない外国の方でも緊急通報ができるように、通訳者を介した３者間通話ができます。消防指令センターと電話がつながった後、あなたの言語を伝えてください。指令員がその言語の通訳者に電話を接続します。接続中は少し時間がかかりますので、電話は切らずにお待ちください。通訳者と電話がつながったら、通訳者を介して消防指令センターから質問しますので、聞かれたことに答えてください。
The Otaru City Fire Department offers three-way calls via an interpreter so that foreigners who do not speak Japanese can make emergency calls. Once you are connected to the Fire Command Center, please state the language you speak. The commander will connect you to an interpreter who speaks that language. It may take a while for the connection to be established, so please do not hang up the phone. Once you are connected to the interpreter, the Fire Command Center will ask you questions through the interpreter, so please answer the questions.
